云南省政府决定，将蒙自、个旧、开远建设成为一个统一的城市群，人口达150万人口的滇南中心城市。个旧、开远是云南省的老工业基地，蒙自、河口是云南省最早的对外开放的商埠，个开蒙地区城市化水平较高，已经超过54％，居民受教育程序较高，劳动者职业素质较高。红河州目前经济水平不高，劳动者的报酬水平还比较低，全州在岗职工人均工资收入19328元，农民人均纯收入2528元。

The Yunnan Provincial Government has decided to construct Mengzi,Gejiu and Kaiyun into a consolidated city-cluster,to build a central city in South Yunnanwith a population of some 1.5 million.Gejiu and Kaiyuan are both the old industry bases of Yunnan Province,and Mengzi and Hekou are the earliest commercial ports opened to the outside world. Thus the urbanization level of Gejiu,Kaiyuan and Mengzi has been high,over 54%,with a high education level for residents and high occupationalqualification of laborers.Presently,the per-head salary of on-job workers of Honghe Prefecture is 19,328 yuan,and the per-head net income of farmers is 2,528 yuan. |
