《河口国际口岸北山片区规划》，于2005年9月7日通过省级专家评审，2006年2月25日省发改委以云发改外资（2006）159号文进行了批复。
Hekou International Port Beishan Area Planning passed the examination of provincial experts on September 7, 2005 and was replied by the Provincial Development and Reform Committee on February 25, 2006 with the document YFGWZ (2006) No. 159.
（一）物流配送中心：用地面积25.1万平方米。总预算投资5000万元。
(I) Logistics distribution center: it covers a total area of 251,000m2, with the total budgetary investment of 50 million yuan.
（二）外贸出口加工区: 用地面积20.12万平方米。总投资估算10000万元。
(II) Foreign trade and export processing area: it covers an area of 201,200m2, with the total budgetary investment of 100 million yuan.
（三）保税仓库：用地面积23.5万平方米。总投资估算4000万元。
(iii) Bonded warehouse: it covers an area of 235,000m2, with the total budgetary investment of 40 million yuan.

金水河口岸加工贸易区
Jinshuihe Port Processing Trade Area

实施金水河口岸第三期建设，规划总面积为3,000亩（2 ,000, 010平方米），主要建设内容：
The third phase of Jinshuihe Port will be constructed, with the planned total area of 200 hectares (2,000,010m2) and the main content as follows:
1建规划面积为6,000平方米大宗产品交易市场一个。2、监管货场6,000平方米。3、物流配送中心1,000,000平方米，4、加工贸易区，规划面积为100,000平方米。5、建筑面积为576平方米的水厂一座，安装供水、排水设施等其他功能配套设施建设。
1. A bulk product trading market will be constructed with the planned area of 6,000m2.

2. A supervisory goods yard with the area of 6,000m2.

3. A logistics distribution center with the area of 1,000,000 m2.

4. A processing trade area with the planned area of 100,000 m2.
5. A water plant with the building area of 576 m2, equipped with other function associated facilities such as water supply and drainage facilities.

Charging Right Assignment for Jijie-Shiping Expressway and Tonghai-Jianshui Expressway

通海—建水公路是国道213线与323线的连接线，上连玉溪市至昆明高速公路，下接开远（鸡街—石屏）高速公路。鸡石高速公路全长98.3公里,建通高速公路全长61.35公里,其中:红河州境内47.35公里; 项目总投资43.7亿元,每公里3000万元造价。引进外来资金收购鸡街—石屏、通海—建水两条高速公路收费权益。
Tonghai-Jianshui Expressway is the connecting line of the No. 213 and No. 323 National Highway, connecting the expressway from Yuxi to Kunming in the north and the Kai-Yuan (Jijie-Shiping) Expressway in the south. Ji-Shi Expressway is totally 98.3km long and Jian-Tong Expressway is totally 61.35km long, of which 47.35km is in Honghe Prefecture; with the total investment of 4.37 billion yuan, the construction cost will be 30 million yuan/km. Foreign capital will be introduced for acquisition of the toll charging rights of Jijie-Shiping Expressway and Tonghai-Jianshui Expressway.

Land Development Project along Jianshui County Trans-Asian Railway Jianshui Central Station—Jianshui City Connecting Road

泛亚铁路建水车站至城区新建道路将成为连接建水站与城区的主要通道之一，建设从火车站到城区的城市道路十分必要，本区域内道路两侧各50米范围用地用于商业开发，拟将可开发用地约为556亩，总投资11100万元。
The newly constructed road from Jianshui Station of Trans-Asian Railway to the urban area will become one of the main passages connecting Jianshui Station and the urban area and it is necessary to construct the urban road from the railway station to the urban area. In this area, the scope of 50m on both sides of the road is used for commercial development, with the planned developable land of about 37.1 hectares and the total investment of 111 million yuan.

泸西县年产10万吨啤酒麦芽项目
Luxi County Brewers Malt Project with the Annual Production of 100,000 Tons

啤酒大麦是泸西县农业产业结构调整的重点产业，现在已推广面积达15万亩，年平均产量达4至4.5万吨。拟建设20万亩优质啤酒大麦基地和年产10万吨麦芽厂,项目总投资11000万人民币。
Malting barley is the key industry for agricultural industrial adjustment of Luxi County, with the present plantation area of 10,000 hectares and the average annual production of 40,000 to 45,000 tons. A 13,333.3-hectare high quality malting barley base and a 100,000 t/y malt plant will be constructed, with the total investment of 110 million yuan.

建水县西庄镇泸江河沿岸历史地段保护体系规划建设
Historical Sector Protection System Planning and Construction along Lujiang River in Xizhuang Township, Jianshui County

建水县对西庄镇泸江河沿岸历史地段的古村聚落、临安府城至车里古道、个碧石铁路、黄龙寺大型寺庙建筑群、泸江河及沿岸农耕田园等景观环境进行整体保护与开发，项目总投资65000万元。
With the total investment of 650 million yuan, the integral protection and development will be conducted by Jianshui County over the ancient villages in the historical sector along Lujiang River in Xizhuang Township, the ancient road from Lin’an prefectural city to Cheli, Ge-Bi-Shi Railway, Huanglong Temple large-scale temple building cluster, Lujiang River and the farming countryside along the river.

霞石矿是一种富含钾、钠、铝等有价元素的硅酸盐矿物，出露面积 16km2，远景储量约 24亿吨。建设规模：建设年产115万吨的霞石矿山、年产410万吨石灰石、氧化铝厂和水泥厂各一座。总投资44.2亿元。

Nepheline ore is a kind of silicate mineral rich in valuable elements such as potassium, sodium and aluminum, with the exposed area of 16km2 and the prospective reserves of about 2.4 billion tons. Construction scale: with the total investment of 4.42 billion yuan, a 1,150,000 t/y nepheline mine, a 4,100,000 t/y limestone and alumina plant and a cement plant will be constructed respectively.
